Eyelid Surgery
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis either under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. Upper eyelids are approached through an incision in the natural crease above the lashes. This offers the opportunity to remove the excess skin and fat if present and redefine the fold if indicated.
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
The surgery involves an incision in the fold behind the ear, lifting of the skin, and placing of permanent sutures in the cartilage to create folds that do not exist. If there is excess cartilage or muscle, some of this may be removed as well. During the procedure, measurements are taken and compared side to side to achieve symmetry. Upon the completion of the procedure, a bulky awkward dressing is applied consisting of cotton and rolled gauze.
Collagen injection
In youth, skin is smooth and elastic with a healthy glow. With aging, the ability to maintain that youthful texture and elasticity diminishes, resulting in skin that becomes drier, thinner, and less able to replenish itself. The body’s natural collagen levels decrease, and skin becomes loose, resulting in wrinkling and deepening of the folds from the nose to corner of the mouth (nasolabial folds) and from the corner of the mouth to the chin (marionette lines). Typically, there is also a loss of volume in the lips and cheeks. In conjunction with a comprehensive skin care regimen, injectable fillers can help to rejuvenate the face.
Chin Implant
Chin augmentation surgery involves placing a permanent silicone implant along the lower border of the chin bone. To do this, a small incision is made under the chin in a natural crease or inside the mouth. Chin implants come in a variety of sizes and shapes, so your cosmetic surgeon can individually tailor your procedure to enhance your natural beauty.
Lip Augmentation
As you age, your lips may develop tiny vertical lines that cause the best of lip colors and liners to bleed. And you may experience a flattened bow or less distinct shape to your upper lip. Now, thanks to a simple in-office procedure using AlloDerm, these aging signs can be reversed and a beautiful smile restored or enhanced.
Dimple
Using local anesthesia, an incision(s) is made on the inside of your cheek(s). There is no scarring or incision made on the outside of the skin. An absorbable suture is used to set the dimples in place. As the suture is absorbed and the wound heals, the scar tissue between the inner skin and the muscle makes this procedure a permanent. The procedure takes about 30 minutes in the office.
Breast Reduction Surgery
This is known as a “Wise pattern” or “keyhole pattern”. The skin and breast tissue to be excised is marked, and the nipple/areola complex is left attached to the remaining breast tissue. Breast feeding is a possibility in the future, but varies with each individual. Liposuction may be utilized on the sides to minimize the length of the incision.
